Profile & Introduction

Founder Director of Manford. Acquired his professional licenses to lead and administer Achievement Motivation laboratories, NLP , MBTI Step-1 and 2, Negotiation Skills Workshop and is Will Schutz’s Licentiate Human Element Practitioner (LHEP). He has studied under experts and authors such as David McClelland’s Team. Anand has been leading Communications and Change Workshops for the agencies of the UN and has addressed the UNDP Global Meet. He has been a speaker at the ASSOCHAM and CII National Summits. He established the Manford Centre for Peace, Kashmir in 2003 with the objective of building an environment conducive for Peace, Education, Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution. Anand was invited by IBIN in April 2013 to facilitate a World Bank funded multi stake holder dialogue between Civil Society, Pharma Companies and the Indian Government in the Affordable Medicine Project.
